It is really easy...Take US Highway 55/68 approximately 7 miles south of Lebanon and turn on to Nolley Woods Road. Follow Nolley Woods Road .50 mile & turn left on to the existing access easement (which is an old county road) and follow .20 mile...This takes you right to the property.

1st Offering:
To be offered by the acre, as a whole, 130.625 acres, per survey.
2nd Offering
To be offered by the acre, utilizing the pick & choose auction method. The highest bidder will have the priority to select the tract, or tracts desired at that price. The amount per acre will be multiplied by the number of acres in the tract, or tracts selected, to determine the total amount.
This process will continue until all tracts in this offering have been selected.
NOTE: NO SALE IS FINAL UNTIL ALL OFFERINGS HAVE BEEN MADE.
THE PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD IN THE MANNER REALIZING THE MOST MONEY FOR THE SELLERS.

Premium will be added to the winning bid on all items to determine the final
sales and purchase price.
* Any purchaser of real estate will pay a 20% non-refundable deposit the day of the auction with the balance due on or before July 2nd, 2012.
* 2012 real estate property taxes will be pro-rated between the Sellers and Buyer(s) as of the deed date.
